Sail this summer to the vibrant North!

Step aboard the Quadra and set course for Copenhagen. This summer sailing trip combines the best of both worlds: the lively atmosphere of historic cities and the calm of the vast Baltic Sea. As the wind propels you forward, you’ll discover picturesque islands, rugged nature, and welcoming harbors. Along the way, enjoy sun, sea, tranquility, and good company – the perfect mix for a relaxing and adventurous holiday.

⛵ From Laboe to Copenhagen – a route full of possibilities

This first summer voyage of the Quadra departs from Laboe, a charming town on the German Baltic coast. From here, we’ll choose the most scenic route to the Danish capital , depending on wind and weather.

🌿 Around Fyn – authentic fishing harbors and charming towns

One possible route takes you around the left side of the island of Fyn, visiting places like Middelfart and Bogense. These old fishing harbors still radiate the charm of the past. Stroll through the narrow streets, admire the historic façades, and enjoy a cup of coffee by the quay.

🏰 Via Ærø and the Great Belt – history and nature hand in hand

Another beautiful option takes us past Marstal on the island of Ærø, before sailing through the impressive Great Belt. In the charming town of Nyborg, you can take a stroll through the streets and visit the imposing castle dating back to 1170. Next, we head to the island of Samsø and sail along the north coast of Zealand, where Hundested and Helsingør await with their cozy town centers and beautiful castles. Finally, we arrive in vibrant Copenhagen – a city full of culture, history, and Scandinavian charm.

🌞 Enjoying life on board – both active and relaxed

Besides sailing, there’s plenty of time to relax, read a good book, swim in crystal-clear waters, or go exploring onshore. The fresh sea air works up an appetite – and our chef knows just how to satisfy it!

Every day, you’ll be treated to a hearty breakfast, a delicious lunch, and a wonderful dinner. Dining together on deck, with a view of the setting sun, is an experience you won’t soon forget.

⚓ An unforgettable summer experience

Whether you’re drawn by the buzz of the city, the peace of the sea, or the adventure of sailing, this trip has it all. Set sail north this summer and let yourself be carried away on an unforgettable sailing journey!

The route is an exemple and depends on wind and weather.

Frequently asked questions

We still handle bookings personally and therefore do not have an automated booking system. This allows us to offer you the option to reserve individual spots without obligation for a few days. This way, for example, you can arrange your vacation without anyone snatching your spot right under your nose. For this reason, we are unable to keep track of the exact number of available spots on a daily basis. However, we regularly check the availability of our sailing holidays. Therefore, you can generally assume that there are still enough available spots on all trips that are not marked as “fully booked” or “Last Minute.” Call us or use our booking form if you want to know the exact number of available spots.

If you are travelling alone and have not booked a private cabin, you will be accommodated in a shared cabin. The shared cabins are usually assigned based on gender.

Exceptions:

  • On the Belle Amie and the Seatrips yachts, there are sometimes mixed-gender cabins as well.
  • On the Sir Robert, there are no shared cabins. Are you traveling alone? Then you must book a single cabin..

Yes, vegetarians and allergies/intolerances can be catered for on most ships. On some ships, the menu can also be adapted for vegans. However, there is only one menu per day on the programme. Therefore, please let us know during your booking if you have any special dietary requirements.

In principle, all our trips are suitable for both experienced and novice sailors. The professional crew on board will teach you everything you need to know. In some cases (e.g. on Atlantic crossings) initial sailing experience may be an advantage/requirement. In this case, this will be clearly indicated in the cruise description.
