We raise the sails and set sail for Amsterdam. On this first leg of the voyage, you will fully enjoy sailing on the IJsselmeer and Markermeer, the fresh breeze, and the view over the water. You can actively participate on board, such as hoisting the sails and steering the ship, or just relax and enjoy the trip.
Our destination is Amsterdam, where we will attend the entry parade of the ships during Sail Amsterdam. As the majestic tall ships and classic sailing vessels make their entrance, we will dwell among the fleet and have the best view of this breathtaking spectacle. The combination of traditional ships and vibrant water life makes for an unforgettable experience.
After the entry, we will moor near Amsterdam, where we will stay for two days. This gives you plenty of time to explore the city and the event at your own pace. You can visit the museum port, take part in the festivities, or spend a relaxing day in the city. Explore the canals, visit the famous museums or enjoy the city’s cosy atmosphere.
After two days full of impressions and activities, we raise the sails again and sail back towards Lelystad. This return trip offers the opportunity to relax on board and enjoy the impressive Sail Amsterdam. Feel the wind in your sails and look back on a wonderful trip full of unforgettable moments on the water.
