Celebrate Pentecost in a unique atmosphere on the water. Enjoy relaxing hours on deck, feel the fresh sea breeze and let yourself be carried away by the magic of sailing on a traditional sailing ship. Weather permitting, we will also organise a barbecue evening on this trip, with delicious meat from our trusted butcher and, of course, delicious vegetarian delicacies.
On the first day of sailing, after breakfast, you will receive a detailed explanation of the ship and the sails and a safety briefing. Then the sails are hoisted together and the course is set for the first harbour of destination. The adventure begins! Together with the captain and sailor, sails are set, manoeuvres are made and the sails are packed up again before the port of call. In addition to active sailing, you can relax on deck, enjoy yourself, read, chat, peel potatoes, play board games, ask the crew questions, steer the ship (under supervision), practise knots, knit, and, and, and….
Where the journey takes us will be decided depending on the wind and weather and discussed on board with all the other sailors. There is a good chance that we will reach Danish waters and experience a beautiful insight into the exploding nature of the Danish South Sea. This idyllic archipelago of islands south of Denmark is characterised by clear waters, historic towns and charming fishing villages. With yellow rapeseed fields and lush shades of green, nature is at its most beautiful here in spring. No trace of hotel castles or mass tourism. A sailing trip offers you the perfect opportunity to experience the beauty of this region and easily visit several islands at once. But the German coast with its fjords also offers a varied sailing area… How about a trip to Kappeln or Flensburg, for example?
