Archipelagos, Islands, and Gotland
Along the route, a variety of destinations await you; depending on the weather and the course of the journey, the Swedish archipelagos are just as much a part of the trip as the fascinating island of Gotland. Sweden’s largest island impresses with its historic capital Visby, steep coasts, and tranquil bays—a true highlight of any Baltic Sea voyage.
Sailing through the Kalmarsund, past Bornholm and/or to Ystad
Part of the trip may take you through Kalmarsund, the narrow strait between the Swedish mainland and the island of Öland. This sheltered passage offers pleasant sailing in calmer waters and beautiful views of the landscape from the water.
Bornholm, with its rounded granite coastline, or a trip to the historic town of Ystad can also be part of this tour.
⛵ Actively sail and relax
On board, you can expect a balanced mix of activity and relaxation. Everyone helps out with the sailing manoeuvres to the best of their ability, learns navigation or takes the helm. No previous experience is required. Between activities, there is plenty of time for rest, conversation, observation and simply enjoying life at sea.
🌅Night sailing and freedom ashore
Due to unpredictable weather and long stretches of open sea, we will probably also sail through the night on some occasions. This unique experience – steering under the starry sky or at sunrise – is one of the most impressive moments at sea and allows you to experience life on board in a whole new way. In various ports, you will have the freedom to explore the surroundings at your own pace and enjoy local sights… whether it’s a short walk, a visit to a café or exploring historic streets. Depending on the weather, we will spend a few nights at anchor, a special experience under the starry sky.
