I have a complaint or problem during my trip. What should I do?

During the trip, it’s best to report your complaint or problem directly to the captain or skipper. He or she can assist you on-site and address any issues. If you are unable to find a solution together with the skipper, you can always contact us.

Additionally, you can also contact us after the trip if you have a complaint or suggestions for improvement. Your satisfaction is very important to us!
