If it is a group trip (full charter), you usually pay in three instalments. Around 30% of the ship’s rent within a month of booking, 40% a few weeks/months later, 30% up to a month before the trip starts. But the exact payment terms may differ from this depending on the ship and how far before the start of the trip you book. Sometimes we can also make an individual agreement on this.
If it is a co-sailing trip, you must transfer the travel amount within 2 weeks. Is it a large amount or is the trip still far away? Then we split the amount into two instalments and you pay the last instalment no later than 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
